The city offers excellent opportunities for shopping, and every Saturday tradesmen arrange a market in the town square. Visit the city's famous cathedral, the equally famous Hills of Dollerup or Denmark's largest limestone quarry. We also recommend a visit to the amber polisher in the small town of Hjarbæk. While you are there, you should also pay a visit to the flower workshop and try their homemade herbal akvavit.
